Saturday, July 12 2025: The Election Commission of India (ECI) said on that it has given out special Enumeration Forms for updating the Voter List in Bihar. These forms have been given to almost all voters who were found at their homes. Voters can submit the filled forms by July 25, and any required documents can be given later by August 30.
The ECI also announced that it has appointed 20,000 more booth-level officers (BLOs) in Bihar to help with collecting these forms.
“With a total of 77,895 BLOs already working and 20,603 new BLOs added, the ECI is working quickly to finish collecting the Enumeration Forms before the July 25 deadline,” the statement said.
